Services for Real Estate Photography

The STANDARD Package Includes :

Photo Session, no longer than two hours

License for you to use photos to sell the home for duration of the listing

Photo editing with final product ready 24-36 hours after shoot, often sooner

I will provide two sets of at least 25 photos:

Large set for printing, usable up to 8 1/2x11

Smaller set for MLS use, sized to MLS specification

Typically 20 interior, 5 exterior

Photo set delivered via Dropbox. I will provide link to download the photos

Larger Packages Available

Everything in standard package, plus:

More vibrant, colorful sky

Adds an hour of photo session time, can be separate session from standard package

Recommended for homes with landscape lighting

For an above street level front photo

Additional charge

You provide the photos, I will make them "pop"

36-48 hour turn around time, typically sooner
